Overview
Hourly rate ranges from $19.00 - $19.25 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.
Benefits include: New York Paid Sick Time, Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs, End of Season Premium Pay Program. All Bonus and Pay Programs subject to qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store.
- Assist in the overall operation of a store to help maximize sales and profitability.
- Establish and maintain guest services standards.
- Develop staff and control expenses, shrinkage and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control.
Qualifications
- Prior retail management experience is required.
- Minimum age 18; must have a flexible schedule.
- Physical demands include 8+ hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
