Pay and Benefits
Hourly rate ranges from $17.55 to $17.80 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
Benefits include Oregon Paid Sick Time, Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs, and End of Season Premium Pay Program. All bonus and pay programs are subject to qualifications.
Position Overview
The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and tear-down of a seasonal store. The role ensures maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining guest services, developing staff, controlling expenses, managing shrinkage, and handling all aspects of merchandising and inventory control.
Requirements
- Minimum age 18 and a flexible schedule.
- Prior retail management experience required.
- Physical demands include 8+ hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
