Hourly rate ranges from $17.25 - $17.50 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities
- Assist Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack‑up, and teardown of a Seasonal Store.
- Support overall operation to maximize sales/profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services, developing staff, controlling expenses, shrinkage and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control.
Requirements
- Minimum age 18.
- Flexible schedule.
- Physical demands: 8+ hours standing/walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
- Prior retail management experience required.
