Hourly rate ranges from $17.25 - $17.50 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack‑up and teardown of a seasonal store.
- Help ensure maximum sales/profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services.
- Develop staff, control expenses, shrinkage and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control.
Requirements
- Minimum age 18.
- Flexible schedule.
- Physical demands: 8+ hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
- Prior retail management experience required.
