Job Summary: The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, and pack‑up/tear‑down of a seasonal store.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in overall store operations to maximize sales and profitability.
- Maintain guest services, develop staff, control expenses, manage shrinkage, and handle merchandising and inventory control.
- Set up fixtures, pack‑up, and tear down the store as required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum age 18.
- Flexible schedule and willingness to work 8+ hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
- Prior retail management experience required.
