Hourly rate ranges from $22.77 - $23.02 per hour, dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in staffing, set‑up, merchandising, pack‑up and teardown of a Seasonal Store.
- Ensure maximum sales/profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services.
- Develop staff, control expenses, shrinkage and handle all aspects of merchandising and inventory control.
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement 18.
- Flexible schedule necessary.
- Physical demands: 8+ hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
- Prior retail management experience required.
