Hourly rate ranges from $18.90 - $19.15 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in staffing, setup and teardown of a Seasonal Store.
  • Assist with merchandising, pack-up, and inventory control to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Establish and maintain Guest Services and develop staff.
  • Control expenses, shrinkage, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory.

Qualifications

Minimum age requirement is 18 and must have a flexible schedule.

Physical demands: 8+ hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.

Prior retail management experience is required.
