Hourly rate ranges from $17.25 to $17.50 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
- Set‑Up and Tear‑Down Premium Pay Programs

Position Overview
The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in the staffing, setup, merchandising, pack‑up, and teardown of a Seasonal Store.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in overall store operations, ensuring maximum sales and profitability.
- Establish and maintain Guest Services.
- Develop staff, control expenses, shrinkage, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control.
- Assist in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack‑up, and teardown of a Seasonal Store.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum age of 18.
- Flexible schedule.
- Prior retail management experience required.
- Physical demands: 8+ hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
