Hourly rate ranges from $16.75 – $17.25 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities
- The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack‑up, and teardown of a seasonal store.
- Ensuring maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services standards.
- Developing staff, controlling expenses, shrinkage, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control.
Qualifications & Physical Demands
Minimum age requirement: 18 years and must have a flexible schedule. Physical demands include 8+ hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting or moving up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
