Hourly Rate: $18.00 – $18.25 per hour (varies with qualifications and experience)

Responsibilities

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services, supporting the Store Manager, and ensuring maximum sales and profitability. Key duties include developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, overseeing merchandising and inventory control, and adhering to all Company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• Prior retail and/or management experience required.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds for over 8 hours per shift.
