Hourly rate ranges from $17.00 - $17.25 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain Guest Services.
- Support the Store Manager in overall operations of a store.
- Ensure maximum sales and profitability by developing staff.
- Control expenses and shrinkage, manage merchandising and inventory control.
- Adhere to all Company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum age requirement of 18.
- Physical demands including over 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Prior retail and/or management experience required.
