Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain Guest Services.
• Support the Store Manager in overall store operations.
• Ensure maximum sales and profitability by developing staff.
• Control expenses and shrinkage.
• Oversee merchandising and inventory control in adherence with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum age 18.
• Prior retail and/or management experience required.
• Physical demands exceed 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to meet company eligibility and qualification requirements for benefits.
