Assistant Store Manager – Spencer's
Hourly rate: $17.00 - $17.25 per hour (dependent on qualifications and experience).

Responsibilities include:
- Establishing and maintaining Guest Services.
- Supporting the Store Manager in overall store operations.
- Ensuring maximum sales and profitability through staff development, expense control, shrinkage management, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control.
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Minimum age of 18.
- Prior retail and/or management experience required.
- Physical demands include more than 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 pounds.
