Responsibilities
The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. The role supports the Store Manager in the various tasks involved in the overall operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and overseeing all aspects of merchandising and下注 inventory control xis by adhering to company policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum age 18.
- Physical demands require in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
