Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain guest services.
• Support Store Manager in daily operations, ensuring maximum sales and profitability.
• Develop staff, control expenses and shrinkage.
• Handle merchandising and inventory control according to company policies.
• Perform physical duties: stand, walk, climb ladders, lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• Prior retail and/or management experience required.
• Physical ability to stand over 8 hours, walk, climb ladders, lift up to 50 lbs.
