Summary
As an Assistant Store Manager you will support the Store Manager to achieve sales and service targets while helping to build and develop a high-performing store team. You will focus on operational excellence, visual standards, and delivering a highly personalized customer experience at the new SouthPark Mall store opening.
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and developing the store team to meet sales and service objectives.
- Collaborate with training and store support departments to implement gold‑standard processes and resources.
- Establish and monitor weekly and monthly objectives for the team.
- Ensure merchandise is presented attractively and in line with visual guidelines.
- Align with Human Resources on policies, performance, and development planning.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager, including travel to other stores as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in management, sales, hospitality, and/or service.
- Exceptional customer service and clienteling skills with a focus on driving sales.
- Strong leadership ability to coach, motivate, and develop team members.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays; willingness to support a new store opening.
