Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Assistant Showroom Manager to join our talented team at our flagship Scottsdale location. Working closely with the Store Leader, you will be instrumental in driving daily operations, upholding the highest standards of customer service, and fostering a positive, growth-oriented environment. Your ability to lead by example, meet sales goals, and manage competing priorities will be critical to ensuring our showroom operations run smoothly and efficiently. We pride ourselves on delivering a genuine and sophisticated luxury experience where every customer feels seen, not just sold to.

Core Responsibilities

  • Business-Minded Coach: Leverage sales metrics to drive performance. Coach the team in the moment to identify behavior gaps, reinforce effective habits, and develop consistent sales behaviors.
  • Floor Leadership: Actively observe client interactions and collaborate with the sales team to provide immediate, actionable feedback. Control the pace and energy of the showroom to maintain momentum.
  • Client Experience Champion: Model leadership selling, reinforce the discovery process (the why, when, investment, and space), and protect the brand experience.
  • Data-Driven Organizer: Lead the sales team to fully leverage the CRM, ensure the sales pipeline is active with clear plans, and use data to coach the team effectively.
  • Culture-Driven Leadership: Consistently model and reinforce the company culture, guiding behavior and decision-making to maintain high standards and a positive, accountable team environment.
  • High-Integrity Leadership: Lead through servant leadership, putting the success of the team and clients first. Hold standards consistently to earn respect by modeling expected behaviors.
  • Adaptable Problem Solver: Read clients, team dynamics, and business cycles to adjust strategy effectively without lowering standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • 2+ years of previous assistant manager, team leader, or management experience.
  • Experience with luxury or large-ticket products is highly sought after.
  • Experience managing in a commission-based atmosphere.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets) and AI tools (Gemini, ChatGPT).
  • Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain quality relationships with team members, clients, and internal partners.
