This position is designed to train and develop future branch leaders. Working directly alongside the Branch Manager, you will learn all aspects of operating a successful store, including sales, customer service, employee management, inventory, and day-to-day operations. Assistant Manager Responsibilities
As an Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the Branch Manager to learn all aspects of branch operations and leadership, including:
- Learning the responsibilities of a Branch Manager
- Assisting in achieving sales and profit goals
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Assisting with hiring, training, and supporting employees
- Helping develop and maintain an active, productive sales team
- Ensuring a safe and secure work environment
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional store appearance
- Upholding company policies and procedures
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Delegating tasks and supporting employee development
- Assisting with inventory and operational management
Minimum Qualifications
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Desire to learn and grow into a leadership role
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Compensation
- $50,000 - $60,000 annually
