Summary
The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in driving sales and service targets while maintaining operational standards. You will lead and develop a professional store team, identify areas for improvement, and help deliver an exceptional, personalized customer experience. This role requires strong leadership, coaching ability, and a focus on store presentation and team performance.
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager to lead and develop the store team to achieve company goals and individual objectives
- Collaborate with training teams to develop and maintain a gold-standard team
- Set and monitor weekly and monthly objectives for the team
- Ensure employees present professionally and deliver the highest level of customer service
- Maintain attractive merchandise presentation according to visual guidelines
- Work with store support departments to utilize company resources effectively
- Coordinate with Human Resources on policies, procedures, and development planning
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager
Requirements
- Previous experience in management, sales, hospitality, and/or service
- Exceptional customer service and clienteling skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
