What You’ll Do
Lead Through Hospitality

Drive Sales & Client Relationships
* Become a trusted stylist and advisor to clients.
* Build long-term relationships that lead to repeat business.
* Proactively reach out to top clients through personal follow-up, styling appointments, events, and new product launches.
* Consistently exceed individual and store sales goals.
Support & Develop the Team
* Coach by example through the sales floor.
* Help onboard and develop new team members.
* Foster a positive, accountable, hospitality-first culture.
* Celebrate wins while raising the standard every day.
Create Memorable Experiences
* Support in-store events and community activations.
* Deliver elevated styling, gifting, and wardrobe recommendations.
* Help make Rowan a meaningful part of the Alys Beach community.

Qualifications
* 2–5 years of luxury retail, hospitality, or client-facing sales experience
* Leadership experience preferred
* Strong track record of driving sales and building repeat clientele
* Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
* Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and remain active throughout the day
