What will you do:

• Support the Store Manager in delivering excellent customer service and developing the team.


• Create a welcoming and friendly store environment and respond to customer needs professionally.


• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues with honesty and integrity.


• Step in as Store Manager when needed.


• Conduct pre-testing for eye exams and take accurate eyewear measurements.


• Recommend products and stay informed about industry trends.


• Educate customers on lens care, maintenance, and proper use.


• Process sales, payments, returns, and other transactions accurately through the POS system.


• Manage inventory shipments and maintain store displays according to brand standards.


• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints by phone and email.


• Follow company policies regarding safety, health, security, and workplace conduct.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong customer service and communication skills.


• Ability to train and develop team members.


• Strong problem-solving skills with a professional and positive attitude.


• Knowledge of eyewear products and basic optical measurements.


• Ability to work accurately with POS systems and inventory.


• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.


• Ability to work independently and take initiative when needed.
