Location: UTC Westfield Mall – San Diego, CA 92122
Pay: $38/hr
Schedule: 20–25 hours/week | Flexible availability preferred
Assignment: November 1 – December 29
Training: Begins the last week of October
We’re seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to support a seasonal pop-up location at UTC Westfield Mall. This is a great opportunity for a strong retail leader who can support daily store operations, drive sales, and help lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Manager with daily store operations
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals
- Deliver an elevated customer experience
- Assist with training and coaching associates
- Support inventory, shipments, and stockroom operations
- Maintain visual and operational standards
- Help ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently
Qualifications: xhqgsiq
- Previous Assistant Store Manager or retail leadership experience
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Flexible availability, with the ability to work weekends and holidays
