- Support the Store Manager in daily operations
- Drive sales and ensure exceptional customer service
- Optimize operational efficiency to achieve store performance goals
- Oversee all aspects of daily retail store operations in partnership with the Store Manager
- Assist with merchandising and product launches
- Help meet and exceed sales objectives
- Ensure customers receive an extraordinary experience with AT&T products and services
- Perform outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events as needed
- Coach and develop retail sales consultants to meet sales and service goals
Requirements
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry
- Prior management experience
- Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems
- Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls
- Strategic perspective and ability to champion change
- Ability to inspire a team through high performance, collaboration, and teamwork
