Overview
Starbucks is seeking a partner to develop supervisory experience, coaching skills, coffee/tea passion and business acumen, to build understanding of store management and a multi-million-dollar business. The role focuses on creating and developing great teams and building a meeting place in the community that nurtures customers. These foundational principles set up partners for success for careers in store management and leadership.

Qualifications
- 2 years retail / customer service management experience OR 4+ years of US Military service
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales-focused environment
- Minimum High School or GED
Requirements
- Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to be employed in the country of application
- Ability to work full time (often in excess of 40 hours per week) including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays

Entry at the high end of the range is not typical and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
