A Day In The Life
- Lead a successful team, support the store manager, and manage store operations
- Manage inventory, safety, and operational issues
- Ensure the store is clean and well-maintained
- Drive operational and marketing programs
- Build customer relationships and ensure positive experiences
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school preferred
- Experience or willingness to learn about the automotive aftermarket
- Passion for customer care and relationship building
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of inventory management systems
- Ability to lift 60 lbs
Preferred
- Background in automotive, heavy equipment, farm, diesel, marine, or dealership
- Experience in retail or fast food management
- Customer-centric attitude
