Minimum Requirements:

• 1+ year of management experience.
• 3-5 years of retail experience.
• Ability to stand, move, bend, reach, carry, and occasionally climb ladders.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends, evenings and limited holidays.

Your Day as a Ron Jon Manager...

• Lead the sales floor and support associates during busy store traffic.
• Coach associates on product knowledge, salesmanship and customer engagement.
• Review inventory levels and coordinate product flow with the stock team.
• Manage daily schedules, coverage and overall store operations.
• Ensure the store remains visually exciting, organized and guest-ready.
