Pandora @ Tanger Outlets Charleston – Assistant Store Manager (ASM) – $17.10-$21.45 per hour (commensurate with experience)

- Craft loyal fans by authentically engaging and fostering lasting connections beyond transactions.
- Build your network and inspire to bring the best talent into Pandora across seasonal and core hiring including Sales Associates and Sales Leads.
- Uphold merchandising and retail operational standards ensuring a smooth and on‑brand operation.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in a high‑performance selling environment.
- Demonstrated results‑oriented leadership.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to charm and captivate an audience.
- Strong business acumen and analytical thinking, able to deliver positive results.
- Master of time management, setting and adjusting priorities while delegating tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of general computer software (Microsoft Office 365 Suite) and retail point‑of‑sale systems.
- Minimum age 18 years; ability to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
- Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; able to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive to work timely.
