BE THE ISLAND GUIDE
Create a relaxed destination—partner with the Store Manager to lead by example, motivate, support, and communicate, with the ultimate goal of providing an exceptional and rewarding lifestyle experience for both internal and external guests.
Set the course—build strong sales and service relationships with guests in all aspects of store operations; set the tone to consistently role‑model key sales and service behaviors with every team member, creating an optimal guest purchase experience.
Build the perfect oasis—cultivate a culture of selling by achieving the sales plan through efficient planning, execution, business analysis, and streamlining store processes with the Store Manager.
Onboard your crew—create a learning environment to coach and develop our retail team members; promote sales and internal career growth starting with thoughtful hiring and clear performance expectations.
ESSENTIALS FOR LIFE IN PARADISE
- 3+ years of retail experience
- 2+ years of management/team supervision experience
- Exposure to merchandising and retail visual concepts
- Coaching and developing a team
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Natural collaborator, able to analyze reports and identify opportunities to adjust merchandising and presentation
- College degree in Business or related field
- Willingness to perform other duties as required to support the business
ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Lift or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently
- Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling
- Occasional ladder climbing
- Routine standing for duration of shift (up to 8 hours)
- Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Rate Range: $22.00 or minimum wage‑$35.00/hr.
