This individual will act as the senior leader in the Store Manager’s absence and help ensure all business objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance and achieve store KPIs through team leadership and coaching
- Deliver a best in class customer experience and lead clienteling initiatives
- Support hiring, training, performance management, and team development
- Maintain strong product knowledge and uphold brand and visual merchandising standards
- Oversee daily operations including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, reporting, and compliance
- Partner cross functionally to support store initiatives and business goals
Requirements
- 3 to 4+ years of retail experience, including supervisory responsibility
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive results
- Strong operational and organizational skills
- Experience with POS and reporting systems
- High level of professionalism, accountability, and customer focus
