Princess Polly is looking for a motivated Assistant Store Manager (ASM) to lead the team in our SoHo store. The ASM is responsible for managing all aspects of the business, especially product and inventory management in conjunction with the Store Manager. They will coach and develop associates to achieve sales goals while driving sales growth and creating extraordinary customer experiences.
Requirements
- 1+ year(s) of retail management experience
- Experience in training and managing a team
- Experience in product management (inventory and visual merch)
- Strong leadership and people‑management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Decision-making and problem‑solving skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule
- Attention to detail
- Great sense of style
Pay: $65,000 - $75,000 a year
