Archipelago Companies seeks an Assistant Store Manager for our new location set to open in October 2026. You will partner with the Store Manager to lead a small team, deliver a premium guest experience, and uphold the melin brand across daily operations.
You'll open/close the shop, manage scheduling, train staff, handle inventory, POS, and events. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of retail and 1 year of leadership, plus a guest-centric mindset and strong communication.
