Are you a natural leader passionate about healthy food and great customer experiences? Our **well-established, independently owned franchise** healthy-fast-casual restaurant in Naples is looking for a **full-time Assistant Manager** to help lead our team!

### **What We Need From You:**

Experience in **fast food, smoothie shops, quick-service restaurants - Willing to train the right individual** (supervisor or management experience required)

**Leadership skills**—ability to train staff, work hands-on with staff, manage shifts, manage inventory, lead with example, and maintain high standards

**Professional demeanor**—clean, friendly, and customer-focused

**Highly organized and detail-oriented**—able to multitask with precision in a fast-paced environment

**Flexible availability**—must be able to work **weekends & holidays** (peak season is coming—store coverage is critical!)

**Ready to hit the ground running!** Immediate start preferred with open availability for holidays/peak season

Must be able to lift up to **35 lbs** (receiving deliveries, stocking, inventory, etc.)

**Bilingual? (English/Spanish) but not required!
