We are seeking a motivated, sales-driven Assistant Store Manager to join a well-established American sportswear and lifestyle brand. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused retail leader who enjoys building client relationships, developing teams, and driving store performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, sales performance, and customer experience.
• Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting client relationships.
• Coach and develop sales associates on selling techniques, product knowledge, and clienteling strategies.
• Motivate the team to achieve sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the store.
• Support visual merchandising, inventory management, loss prevention, and operational standards.
• Assist with client outreach, in-store events, and community engagement to strengthen customer loyalty.
• Foster a positive, collaborative team environment centered on professionalism and outstanding service.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ years of retail management experience preferred.
• A strong sales mindset with a proven ability to achieve goals and drive results.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• A passion for customer service, clienteling, and creating an exceptional shopping experience.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A collaborative, self-motivated leader who takes initiative and leads by example.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
