Assistant Store Manager

• Base Pay $17.00 - $19.00 / Hour

Location: Justice Rd

Hours: Part-Time, estimated 10-20 hours per week

Pay Rate: $17 - $19 per hour

Join Self Storage Plus as an Assistant Store Manager and experience personal fulfillment and measurable success. Assist with managing the day-to-day operations, leasing, and maintenance of our storage facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the management of property operations, including leasing, customer relations, rent collection, and financial reporting
• Maintaining the property through regular maintenance checks, conducting daily property walks to ensure that safety and security requirements are met, making minor repairs as needed
• Upholding cleanliness standards throughout the property, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, sanitizing surfaces, emptying trash, cleaning out storage units, and other cleaning responsibilities as needed
• Responding to customer inquiries, understanding and presenting amenities through tours of property and explaining terms of occupancy/leasing agreements
• Respond to customer complaints and emergencies promptly and professionally
• Follow company policies and procedures to maximize efficiency, minimize costs, and ensure a positive tenant experience

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to bend and lift to move items at least 25 or more pounds
• Ability to operate tools and equipment, such as bolt cutters, grinders and drills
• Ability to sit, stand or walk for extended periods of time while performing indoor and outdoor job responsibilities

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office
• Ability to meet sales goals
• Valid driver's license
