Assistant Store Manager
Location: Marion, Illinois
Pay: $15.50 per hour with a 25 cent increase every three months for the first year, then regular increases. Weekly pay available.

Responsibilities
- Act as the store manager in their absence, overseeing all location operations.
- Assist the store manager with daily paperwork and filing daily reports.
- Conduct inventory counts, cash audits, and ensure all deposits are taken to the bank daily.
- Record all invoices for inventory control.
- Communicate daily with sales associates and corporate office personnel.
- Work with vendors and ensure proper placement of orders.
- Create staff schedules without exceeding allotted labor hours.
- Maintain the store appearance to reflect the company's standards.
- Manage pricing by checking competitor pricing.
- Ensure compliance with all laws pertaining to store operations.
- Ensure personnel adhere to company policies and handle staffing issues as they arise.
- Ensure workplace safety.
