What You’ll Do

  • Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and motivating the team to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Act as Manager on Duty when needed, ensuring smooth daily store operations.
  • Drive sales performance by actively engaging with customers and supporting KPI achievement.
  • Assist in training and onboarding team members, fostering a positive and high-energy store culture.
  • Help execute visual merchandising standards and maintain an on-brand, visually compelling store environment.
  • Support inventory management, stock replenishment, and loss prevention efforts.
  • Assist in organizing in-store events, styling sessions, and community activations.
  • Contribute to social media content creation and help maintain an engaging in-store presence.
  • Ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently met on the floor.

Job Requirements

  • 2–4 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role (assistant manager, key holder, or similar), preferably in fast fashion or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and support a team.
  • Solid understanding of retail operations, including POS systems, inventory processes, and store standards.
  • A hands‑on, proactive mindset with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Interest in fashion trends, styling, and customer engagement.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and comfort contributing to digital content.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
