Overview
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the daily operations of a Lacoste retail store. Working closely with the Store Manager, you will help the team achieve sales targets, maintain exceptional customer service, manage inventory, and motivate a team of associate leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Assistance: Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency.
- Sales Support: Implement sales strategies, analyze sales data, and identify growth opportunities.
- Team Leadership: Guide, coach, and develop the store team in a positive work environment.
- Customer Service Focus: Handle customer queries and issues with professionalism.
- Inventory Oversight: Manage stock ordering, receiving, and organization.
- Merchandising and Presentation: Ensure visual appeal and brand standards.
- Administrative Support: Assist with budget management, policy compliance, and safety standards.
Requirements / Qualifications
- 2-3 years of retail management or supervisory experience.
- Demonstrated ability to support team and store operations.
- Strong leadership and people‑management skills.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with retail management software and MS Office.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field is preferred.
