Hollywood Suits is a family-owned menswear retailer, in business since 1985, with stores in Hollywood, Torrance, and Westminster. We are seeking an experienced, motivated Assistant Store Manager to help lead our sales team and deliver exceptional customer service. We are hiring for both our Hollywood and Torrance stores.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate sales associates to achieve sales goals
- - Assist customers with suits, fittings, styling, and closing sales
- - Support daily store operations, scheduling, inventory, and merchandising
- - Train and develop new sales associates
Qualifications:
- 2+ years retail/sales experience
- - Management or keyholder experience preferred
- - Strong leadership and closing skills
- - Menswear/formalwear experience preferred
- - Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
