Base pay range

$53,700.00/yr - $61,800.00/yr

This role is a hands-on experience that develops supervisory experience, coaching skills, coffee/tea passion, and business acumen to build your understanding of store management. You will learn to manage a multi-million-dollar business, build great teams, and create a welcoming community space for customers.

Responsibilities

• Grow a successful, multi-million-dollar business: drive sales using business acumen, efficiency, and problem-solving skills
• Nurture talent and lead a team: engage and develop team members to reach their personal best and build thriving teams
• Inspire others: act as a dynamic brand ambassador to drive and achieve results through the team

Qualifications

• 2 years retail / customer service management experience OR 4+ years of US Military service
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales-focused environment
• Minimum High School or GED

Requirements

• Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to work
• Ability to work full time (often in excess of 40 hours per week) including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays
