La Ligne seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead the team when the Store Manager is away,and to uphold exceptional customer service while coaching staff. You will build and maintain strong client relationships, drive clienteling, and communicate inventory needs to align with business goals.
In this role, you will track KPI s such as conversion, AOV and UPT, organize in-store events, and ensure displays reflect the current visual direction. A strong eye for detail and leadership is essential.
