Assistant Store Manager

We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our team and positively impact many lives. In this role, you will assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on individual and team members’ standards achievement to attain sales and profit projections. You will contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction, develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation, and participate in recruiting and selecting new team members. You will also be responsible for following and enforcing all company policies and procedures and for performing other operational and strategic duties. Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on individual and team members’ standards achievement to attain sales and profit projections.
• Contribute to an environment of total customer satisfaction.
• Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation.
• Recruit and select new team members.
• Follow and enforce all company policies and procedures.
• Perform other operational and strategic duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, with basic computer software and hardware skills.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagrammatic, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.
