What You’ll Do:
- Support store operations, sales, merchandising & scheduling
- Lead the team in the Store Manager’s absence
- Coach, train, and motivate associates
- Support inventory, reporting, and operational standards
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–3 years of retail or customer-facing experience
- Strong communication & leadership skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Team-first mindset with a passion for selling
