Assistant Store Manager – Houston Galleria

We are hiring an Assistant Store Manager at our store in The Houston Galleria. The ASM is a highly motivated leader passionate about creating extraordinary customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Meet individual sales and metric goals, drive sales growth.
• Coach and develop associates to achieve sales goals.
• Manage all aspects of the business, especially product and inventory management in conjunction with the Store Manager.
• Lead naturally and set a precedent for the team.
• Drive new and ongoing sales opportunities, directly impacting growth and success.

Qualifications

• 1+ year(s) of retail management experience.
• Experience in training and managing a team.
• Experience in product management (inventory and visual merch).
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.
• Able to work a flexible schedule.
• Capability to lift and carry boxes or bins weighing up to 20 lbs.
• Attention to detail.
• Great sense of style.

Compensation

Salary Banding: $20.67-$26.44 per hour.
