What You’ll Do

As our Assistant Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of our store. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting and leading team members during each shift to ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Delivering top-notch customer service and professionally resolving any customer concerns.
• Managing cash handling, deposits, and register accuracy.
• Receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise to keep our store well-stocked and inviting.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.
• Assisting with scheduling, training, and coaching employees to help them thrive.
• Ensuring company policies and safety procedures are followed at all times.

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for someone who can bring energy, organization, and leadership to the team. Here’s what we’d like to see:

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in retail, convenience stores, or customer service. Supervisory or management experience is a big plus!
• Skills: Strong communication and leadership abilities to guide and support your team.
• Reliability: Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility: Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
