As the Assistant Store Manager, you will:
- Leadership: Recruit, train, and lead a team of enthusiastic staff, ensuring exceptional customer service that reflects Kilwins’ values.

- Sales Performance: Drive sales growth by meeting and exceeding revenue targets and implementing creative promotional strategies.
- Customer Experience: Create a warm, inviting atmosphere for guests, addressing concerns and ensuring each visit is memorable.
- Count Drawers: Honesty and dependability. Make change and count drawers.
