Assistant Store Manager

A local company in Crestview, Florida , is seeking a positive, highly productive, safety-minded, and team-oriented Assistant Store Manager (ASM) to join our team.The ASM will report directly to the Store Manager and will be responsible for coaching and managing the store's operations, ensuring financial performance goals are met, and fostering a professional and progressive work environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and drive the financial performance of the store to meet organizational goals.
• Study KPI performance daily to identify areas for improvement.
• Manage a high-performance team that supports the growth of the store.
• Control and manage store expenses effectively.
• Ensure customer service expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
• Maintain a well-organized, clean, and appealing store environment.
• Work collaboratively with other organizational departments to foster growth and operational excellence.
• Uphold a high standard of safety, professionalism, and faith-based conduct throughout the store operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 4+ years related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation.

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay Rate: $16/hour
• Schedule: Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM - 6:30PM
