Managers shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience on every visit. Assistant Store Managers also lead departments and support the General Manager. Their responsibilities include managing assigned systems such as training, food safety, and inventory management, setting goals, delegating tasks to their teams, following up, and reporting results back to crew and fellow managers.
