We have been the leader in the arcade, amusement, and entertainment industry for over 40 years and are looking for a determined individual to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager on-site in the Bandai Namco Cross Store in Brooklyn, NY located in Industry City.

This position will require the individual to be in the store on a regular basis. Key Responsibilities:

  • Keyholder for opening and closing operations
  • Safeguard and maintain company assets (cash, displays, products, and promotional materials).
  • Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training staff members to perform duties and tasks
  • Work with the Store Manager for staff schedules and shifts
  • Maintain, replenish, and troubleshoot Gashapon (GBO) Machines
  • Plan, schedule, and execute One Piece Trading Card Game Store events and activities
  • Analyze market trends to aid in product selection and procurement
  • Manage inventory and stock replenishment for multiple product lines
  • Send and create sales reports to assess sales figures
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Attend tradeshows, conventions, pop ups and other events as necessary
  • Required to work 40 hours per week

Qualifications:

  • 3 years acting as Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager in a retail environment
  • Must maintain a high level of customer service
  • Ability to train, coach, and develop associates at all levels
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrate the ability to promote brand values with professionalism and integrity
  • Be reliable and trustworthy; always use good judgment
  • Good organization skills with attention to detail
  • Knowledge and interest in Japanese Brand IPs
  • Willingness to travel as needed
