Assistant Store Manager

We’re looking for an exceptional Assistant Manager with 2+ years of automotive experience who is driven to deliver outstanding customer service and leads by example. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who coaches from the front and pushes their team to improve every day in a fast-paced, challenging environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of automotive experience
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light-to-moderate physical work
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions, including hot and cold environments
