Starting Salary: $45,000
Monday–Friday | Approximately 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

A Cleaner World is looking for an Assistant Store Manager for our Boone location.

We’re looking for a dependable, motivated person who enjoys working with people and is ready to take on a leadership role. You do not need dry-cleaning experience—we’ll teach you our business. What matters most is that you’re reliable, organized, good with customers, and willing to take ownership.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in retail, hospitality, restaurants, banking, customer service, or another people-focused business who is ready to take the next step in their career.

What You'll Do

• Help manage the day-to-day operation of the store

• Provide outstanding customer service and build relationships with our customers

• Help lead, train, and support our customer service team

• Handle customer questions and resolve problems

• Make sure orders are accurate and ready when promised

• Maintain store appearance and operating standards

• Assist with opening, closing, cash handling, and daily paperwork

• Help keep the team organized and productive throughout the day

• Take responsibility for the store when the Store Manager is away

• Lead by example and help create an environment where both customers and employees want to be

• Be comfortable coaching and holding team members accountable

• Have previous customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurant, or supervisory experience

Previous management experience is helpful, but we're also interested in strong candidates who are ready to move into management.

Compensation & Schedule

• Starting salary: $45,000 per year

• Approximately 45 hours per week

• Typical schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

• Most Saturdays off

• Every Sunday off

• Company-paid health insurance

There may occasionally be a Saturday when management coverage is needed, but this is not a position where you should expect to work every weekend.
